About your collection and your next steps.
What do the asset statuses mean?
The status reflects the custody or allocation recorded by the studio. Assigned to a custom order means the gemstone has been allocated to a commission.
When does making begin?
Your CAD confirmation is recorded as a task for the studio. The studio will review it and arrange production; confirmation does not start production automatically. Please follow the stage shown for your custom order.
Can I request changes to my design?
Contact the studio to discuss any design changes. The studio will confirm the scope, any fees and the production schedule with you before proceeding.
Can’t see a recent purchase?
Contact the studio with the email used for your purchase. We will help check your records before linking the correct collection.
